Your sitting room is a spacious open plan design with vaulted ceilings, timber floors and views out to the secluded, secret garden.  The cottage is all on one level opening out to both the kitchen and dining areas.

Fully furnished with a large corner settee facing the contemporary wood burning stove for perfect relaxation.  The spacious sitting room has a large flat screen tv. 

A dining table and four chairs are located adjacent to the full length front window.

Elegant design and a high standard of decoration has been applied with lighting to match your mood. The log burning stove simply adds to the ambience of warmth and welcome.  

The rooms benefits from underfloor heating throughout.

Kitchen
Not to be outdone the kitchen is designed to match your expectations of a luxury holiday cottage, and in doing so we have provided a stunning and spacious kitchen design incorporating everything you need to enjoy a real home from home experience. 

Carefully selected kitchen appliances are built into the high specification complete with double oven, induction hob, refrigerator, freezer, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine plus various small appliances such as a toaster, mixer, and utensils. 

Your kitchen is on one level and includes a centre island feature with large worktop for food preparation providing a natural separation between the cooking area and the dining area, where there is a large family size table adjacent to the double length front window.

A breakfast bar with two stools is provided for your convenience.
Washing up liquid, dishwasher tablets, hand wash, cooking oil, kitchen roll, foil, cling film, salt & pepper in grinders & tea towels are all provided.
